Job Description:

Our client, a fast-growing AI healthcare startup, is hiring Founding GTMs to expand partnerships with specialty clinics across the country. You will own everything within your assigned territory: prospecting, relationship-building, closing, and handoff.

This is not a strategic advisory role where you take a few meetings a week. This is high-volume, high-intensity, boots-on-the-ground sales. You'll be talking directly with providers, practice managers, and clinic administrators, helping them understand how the company's managed service extends their care. The sales cycle is fast, the product is real, and the people you're selling to genuinely benefit from what's offered.

This role is for someone who is relentless. You don't wait to be told what to do, you don't need motivation from a manager, and you don't stop when it gets hard.

What You'll Do

  • Build and execute a territory plan to meet and exceed targets — identify priority accounts, map your outreach, and move fast.
  • Own the full sales process from first touch to signed contract — cold outreach, scheduling follow-ups, navigating decision-makers, handling objections, and getting paperwork across the finish line accurately and on time.
  • Develop real relationships with clinic stakeholders — build trust by understanding their problems, being honest about what the company can and can't do, and consistently following through.
  • Coordinate with the implementation team after closing to make sure every new clinic launches smoothly.

Who You Are

  • Track record of succeeding at hard things — exceeding quota in a previous sales role, building something from scratch, or competing at a high level in athletics. Evidence of persistence and performance matters.
  • Exceptional communicator — can walk into a room of providers, earn their attention, and explain something complex in a way that makes them want to act. Equally effective on the phone and in person.
  • Self-motivated and organized — manage your own calendar, pipeline, and territory. Hold yourself to a higher standard than anyone else would hold you to.
  • Humble, low-ego, and extremely competent.
  • Comfortable with up to 80% travel.

What You Bring

Required:

  • 1–5 years of full-cycle sales experience, specifically as a founding GTM/Growth member at a fast-growing Series A–B startup
  • Experience as a full-cycle founding GTM/Growth member at a fast-growing Series A–B startup or as a previous founder
  • BDR-to-AE promotion at a Series A/B startup, with full-cycle ownership post-promotion
  • Relentless, self-motivated, and holds self to high standards

Preferred:

  • CRM proficiency (HubSpot or similar)
