Candidates will play a key role in implementing effective drainage systems that manage stormwater, reduce flood risks, and support sustainable land development practices. Our projects portfolio includes multi-family residential, commercial industrial, and community projects. You will work closely with experienced engineers and project managers to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the successful execution of projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze drainage systems to ensure effective water management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Develop stormwater management plans, including the design of detention/retention basins, swales, and other drainage infrastructure.

• Prepare technical documents, drawings, and calculations under the guidance of senior staff and Project Manager.

• Conduct site assessments and hydrological studies to inform drainage system design and implementation.

• Collaborate with civil engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to integrate drainage solutions into overall project designs.

• Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and permit applications.

Requirements

• Engineer in Training (EIT) Engineering Intern (EI) certification.

• Bachelors or masters degree in civil engineering.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in drainage engineering or a related field, with a focus on land development projects.

• Proficiency in drainage design and modeling software (e.g., HEC-RAS) and CAD software.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• U.S Citizen, U.S Resident with valid green card, or legally authorized to work in the U.S.
