If you're the person people rely on when production goes down, this role puts you right where the impact is. You'll work hands-on with PLCs, automation, and electrical systems to keep a high-speed manufacturing operation running efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and optimize Allen-Bradley PLC systems (Rockwell / RSLogix / FactoryTalk)
• Work directly on automation, electrical systems, and production equipment
• Program and tune VFDs for performance and reliability
• Reduce downtime through fast diagnostics and preventative maintenance
• Partner with operations to resolve issues in real time on the plant floor

What You Bring

• 3+ years in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
• Solid understanding of 3-phase systems and industrial networks (Ethernet, DeviceNet, RS485)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-output production setting
